Eric Mellinger

I began light painting in 2010 after reading an article about the technique. Since that time, I have become obsessed with this art form which is only limited by your imagination. My work has been exhibited in the United States, Europe, Asia and South America.

I am a the New York City representative and Advisory Board member of the Light Painting World Alliance , an amazing guild of international light painters who are each contributing to the increasing popularity of this modern art form.

All images on this site are straight from the camera, with no post-processing (Photoshop) with a rare exception of a slight crop. The effects are all due to the "magic" of long exposure photography. If you are interested in my work or have questions about how it is done, please contact me.
